“Discipline is remembering what you want.”
 ~ David Campbell

So what do you want?

Goal clarity – in work and in life – is vital for higher levels of success. When you’re clear about what you want, you can be disciplined about what you say yes to, and what you say no to in order to get there.

So keep your eye on the prize.  An overwhelming goal becomes less daunting if you stay focused and purposeful with your actions, and remind yourself of the rewards your hard work will bring.

A thriving business and financial stability can be the dangling carrot to keep you on your sales calls. The promise of travel next year could motivate you to curb your spending today. Energy, focus and a smaller waistline may be the rewards that keep you on track with your healthy eating and exercise plans.

Remember what you want and do the work that will help you get there. Discipline builds character and it also brings results.
