“The minute you choose to do what you really want to do, it’s a different kind of life.”

~ Buckminster Fuller

Do what you love. It’s the quickest route to being able to love what you do. Life is short and at least some of your waking hours should be spent in pursuit of something you love. Art, music, sports, reading, outdoors, whatever adds a bit of enjoyment to your day.

If you can’t find it in your full-time work, then tap into part-time passions. You’ll know you’re in it when hours pass like minutes. Do what you really want to do. You’ll become a different person: more interesting to yourself and others. Carpe Freakin’ Diem!

This Energy TV video shares the benefits of WALKING for wellness. It’s one of my first and it’s worth a watch.
