“We should be taught not to wait for inspiration to start a thing. Action always generates inspiration.  Inspiration seldom generates action.”

~ Frank Tibolt

I’ve thought about writing a book for over 10 years now, so I can relate to this quote. Last summer I stopped thinking and finally took action. The past couple of weeks I’ve been flying under the radar to meet a very significant deadline…and I am happy to report that today I finished the first draft of my 10-years-in-the-waiting book Energy Now! Small steps to an Energetic Life. Does that ever feel good!

I’ll admit that I wasn’t particularly inspired when I started but I got started anyways with the help of my book writing group. If the book didn’t inspire me these three women certainly did, and once the ball was rolling it was easier to maintain momentum.

What unmet goal are you holding on to waiting for ideal circumstances to come? They’ll never come. Trust in your dream and just get started. Once you do you’ll be fueled by your progress and before long you’ll be announcing to the world, I did it! You can do it.
