And then the new year comes along and nothing changes…even when some things need to change. Take a close look at your health. More exercise maybe? What about your finances? If not now then when? Does your relationship need a kick in the rear? Well, do something already! And you know it wouldn’t kill you to eat a little healthier and get more rest… so do it.

Maybe you tell yourself, Things are okay as they are but are they? Don’t let the fear of trying something new stop you from creating something great for yourself this year.

Sure resolutions suck so reframe. Don’t start on January 1st, pick a shorter time frame than 365 days (ouch), and do something powerful to shake up your old problems. Make 2012 the year of new, courageous, small-steps solutions…just because you can.
