It’s true … isn’t it?

Do the work or suffer. Both require effort, but only one path will reap rewards. If that’s the case then why do so many of us choose to sit in misery? That sucks.

If you’re up against a hurdle that seems insurmountable it doesn’t mean there isn’t a way over. It just means you might need to work a little harder or you might have to ask for help.

Make yourself strong. Believe that every small step you take to do better will eventually get you over the hurdle. It will. Isn’t that a whole lot better than sitting in the muck wondering if life could be better? It is.

Energy Now Tip #70: This week find ways to make quality sleep your #1 priority. Avoid high protein and fatty snacks within 2 hours of bedtime. They’ll take longer to digest. Meditate for 5 minutes before you hit the sack (or just breathe deeply and slowly). Keep your room clean, cool and dark. Before long your zzzz’s will be sure to please.
