Here we are again .
January; the month where it’s common to dwell on all those bad habits we want to drop…and then do nothing about them. Wouldn’t it be great to make progress on at least one of them this year? In fact your success will improve if you don’t overburden your willpower with too many resolutions, so why not just pick one?
Focus on one aspect of your health, finances, relationship or business. Put all of your change energy into finding success there, and then pick the next goal. Make 2014 the year of doing things differently…with an eye to resolution realization.Happy New You!
