“How can I exercise if I’m so tired all the time?” It’s pretty tough to get motivated to exert yourself with exercise when the day has sapped you of all of your energy, but to make gains you’ll have to push through the pain. In order to gain long term energy you need to expend it in short bouts through exercise. Even small efforts will strengthen the machinery so it runs more efficiently, and eventually you’ll have more energy to get through the day and take on more vigorous activity. Walk your way awake. Run away from fatigue. Make daily energizing efforts.
