Who do you think you are?

And how are you limiting yourself from being better, healthier, happier? Instead of focusing on all the ways you’re not measuring up, how about writing yourself a long list of what’s working? List your successes, however small. Write down what you’re good at and who you’re good to.’

Identify the ways you’re making a difference every day and use that information to guide your progress moving forward. Once you let go of limiting beliefs you’ll see how easily positive thinking will turn into optimistic action. And you’ll see just how amazing you really are.
