It’s true, the goal is not perfection, but it is about doing better every day in the areas that will create success for you in your work and life. And that doesn’t happen by accident.
Where in your work and life do you want to experience growth this year? Identify and get clear, and yes then initiate the healthy habits that will help you achieve those goals…as the first part of your success equation.
The second part of the equation that so many of us undervalue is consistency. It’s why small steps matter so much. Do enough today to make a difference and not so much that you overwhelm yourself into submission. Movement is what matters most even if the moves are microscopic (say that 6 times fast). Then do those things again tomorrow and the next day and the next.
Let imperfect consistent action drive you to higher levels of health, happiness and success in 2016. Small steps to great gains.
