“Whoever wants to reach a distant goal must take small steps.”
~ Saul Bellows

…if only to get yourself moving! It’s great to make the big plans and set the exciting goals, but then we have to implement and that can get overwhelming can’t it? And overwhelm has the ability to freeze us into inaction, and that won’t help with goal success.

Back to my small steps approach. It will help you create necessary momentum. It will help you remember that you’re capable and remind you what success feels like. And perhaps most importantly it will give you motivation to take another step tomorrow. Because in the end that’s what’s going to get you there – small, consistent steps!
