Small steps…

It’s hard work to dream big! It’s can be daunting when that entire gargantuan goal is rising up in front of you, and you might be saying to yourself, “That mountain will take time and energy to climb. Do I have what it takes?”  You do.

Just remember, you needn’t have the entire route figured out before you start. What’s important is that you start. So how about you just step over the first pebble or two and plan the next steps after that?

What personal or professional mountain do you want to climb? Look up, then take a few steps to move yourself a bit higher up the mountain. Next week take a few more. Trust that you have what it takes, quit thinking so much and step into action already!
