I talk a lot about small steps to great gains because it’s one of the best ways to kick in to action with those challenging projects and goals. One small step is better than a thousand big ideas. And it’s consistency that will help you win the race.
If you’ve got overflowing drive and determination in one aspect of your life, don’t hold back. What do you love and what are you good at? Attack those tasks in big leaps whenever you get the chance. With less favorable tasks allow yourself small consistent steps that will keep you moving where big steps might shut you down. It’s all progress.
Nurture your strengths and your weaknesses through consistency. Health, happiness and success will show up in all aspects of your life whether you’re moving with small steps or big ones. The point is to move.
