I mean, why would you give up on the goal?
Because it’s too hard? Because progress isn’t as fast as you hoped? If your goal is important to you hold on to it and ask yourself; What could I be doing differently or better to change my outcome?
Are you allowing yourself to get distracted too often? Do you drain your time and energy saying yes to the wrong things? Be strong and get focused. Do the work even if it feels challenging at times. It’s not about the quick fix or instant gratification. That kind of change rarely sticks anyway. Dig in. Your goal is within reach.
