Believe it,

It’s not about who drives the nicer car or has the bigger bank account. It’s not about what you do for a living or what size your house is. It’s not even about the fancy schmancy vacations or expensive toys.

Sure those things may contribute to a happier life on some level, but without gratitude and appreciation for the simpler things – people you love, wonderful experiences, health and vitality – you’ll never have enough wealth to buy genuine happiness.

It’s the attitude you bring to every day that will guide you toward better. Smile more, complain less, look for the good in yourself and others, and you’ll get that in return. It’ll feed a cycle of good things that will keep happiness flowing regardless of your circumstances and it will no doubt improve your circumstances. Happy thought.
