I talk a lot about small steps to great gains because I think it’s one of the best ways to kick in to gear with challenging projects and goals. One small step is better than a thousand big ideas. Just remember that if motivation isn’t a problem be sure to stretch those legs a bit and take a bigger step.
If you’ve got overflowing drive and determination in one aspect of your life, don’t hold back. I get excited and energized when I get to write and create videos for my subscribers so I attack those tasks in big leaps that I wouldn’t dare take with other aspects of my business. With less favorable tasks I allow myself small consistent steps that will keep me moving where big steps would shut me down.
Nurture your strengths and your weaknesses with the right kind of care and attention so that you find yourself moving forward with both. Health, happiness and success will come in all aspects of your life whether you’re moving with small steps or big ones. The point is to move.
