The last few weeks have been a bit chaotic in my world, to say the least. Between a busy work schedule, a new knee for my hubby, and well, just a busy life in general, I have been pulled in multiple directions. So I chose to pause my weekly messages to allow for a bit of a reset.
During this break, I decided that what might also energize me is a change, so in the new year this message will look different. I’m not 100% sure of the details yet, but for starters I’ll be sending my messages every other week, instead of weekly, and I’ll sharing new bits of information.

Hey, Michelle Cederberg here, out for a very brisk morning walk with Islay. I’ve been under the radar with my weekly videos for a while, partly because I’ve been very busy with my work, but also because my husband got a total knee replacement at the beginning of November and I have been relegated to caregiver and chief dog walker and errand runner, and all that. You know how it goes if you have somebody in your life that you have to take care of.
I had to set aside some of the things that weren’t a priority and I’m sorry if that meant you. But now I’m getting back at it.
I’ve decided though that I’m going to make my weekly messages either bi weekly or monthly and I’m going to add a little bit of heft to them. I’m going to be adding a book report of sorts, sharing books that I’ve been reading that I’ve found helpful or intriguing. I’m going to videos and blog posts that are separate, (I think), but there will be a little bit of a reinvention as we head into 2025.
So at the end of this wonderful 2024 year, what are you celebrating? It’s a question I often ask my coaching clients.
What are you celebrating? What are the wins that you are taking out of, if not the last couple months? And how about this week or last week? Sometimes we get so caught up in getting shit done that we forget to celebrate the wins along the way. I’m celebrating a few exciting presentation revamps.
I’m going to be sharing those in the newsletter one by one (or you can view them all here: MichelleSPEAKS_Session Descriptions). I’m going to be sharing books that I’m reading that are making a difference for me. I’m sharing where I’m going to be speaking in the new year because there’s a whole bunch of interesting stuff coming up and if I’m in a town near you, let’s talk. In the meantime, I’m Michelle Cederberg reminding you that in order to Ignite High Performance, sometimes you need to pause and take care of number one. That’d be you.
In instances where life is feeling a bit overwhelming, it’s okay to pause, it’s okay to stop. It’s okay to take care of yourself, especially as we head into the busyness of the holiday season. Wishing you all the best. I’ll see you in a couple weeks.
