“The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why.”
~ Mark Twain
Gives me goosebumps.
There’s nothing more powerful than having a clear purpose attached to anything you find valuable enough to spend time on. What’s your why? And I believe you can have more than one, so don’t limit your greatness.
Maybe you’ve set your sights on changing the world through the work you do or the people you influence? Or you’ve created something that will make a difference to the greater good? It could also be as simple as being the best parent, spouse, friend or dog-owner you can be.
What gets you jacked up about getting out of bed and getting on with your day? People, projects, pets, possibilities…even the small motivations matter, because they’re the juice that keep you going. This week pay attention to your why. Own that everything you do in service of what’s important to you will make a bigger impact to the world than the stuff that doesn’t.
