Slow down and really appreciate the process of filling your lungs with energizing, calming oxygen. Breathe deeply to the bottom of your lungs and feel it. Really notice it. Close your eyes if it helps.
Why is this so important? Well, we’re usually so busy and rushed throughout the day that we forget to pause…we breath in short efforts…and that adds to our stress and frenzy don’t you think?
It will take you just a moment to inhale and exhale deeply two times. Do it. That small effort will quiet your body and ease your mind. Oxygenize and energize!
