Do the math .

60 seconds of misery is any day, for any reason is time truly wasted. What are you putting out to the Universe, and if it’s not positivity and happiness why are you choosing to suffer?

Negative energy has a way of sucking the life out of you that no amount of sleep or healthy eating will improve, so why not ditch the doldrums? Feeling blue, frustrated, mad? That’s normal sometimes, but if unhappy is hanging around too long then talk it out, ask for help, do whatever it takes to push back to positive.

Start with a smile. Take a deep breath. Get on with your day in a more happy way.
