Can you tap into it?

Let’s face it, life is hectic, and the pace of it doesn’t seem to be changing for the better does it? And despite that truth, you’re still allowed a bit of peace in your day. What does that look like for you? In a busy day it can be as simple as taking a few deep cleansing breaths of air, or stepping outside for a moment to breathe in the fresh stuff.

Prioritize a bit of exercise time – a walk, some yoga, or a spin on your bike. Even ten minutes will energize. Take some time with a good book, listen to music that lifts you up, or simply close your eyes for 5 minutes.

It’s up to you to take those opportunities – however brief – to tap into bliss, to pause and slow the pace of the day just a bit. It’s a wonderful defense against hectic that will provide a worthwhile return on your effort.
