No matter what type of day you’ve had, you can always ask for a ‘do-over’ tomorrow. If it was a great day then celebrate and use your reset as an opportunity to imprint what worked…and then do it again tomorrow. Big win do-over!
If you had a crappy day (it happens), square your shoulders, take stock of how you handled things and whether you could have done anything differently, and then take a deep, cleansing breath and let it go. Reset and keep your eyes on the prize for a better go at it tomorrow. Life-learning do-over!
