Why hold on to it!
Every now and then it’s helpful to take stock of your stress. We get so used to having it around, so perhaps it hasn’t occurred to you that some of it may be unnecessary stress: the less than perfect proposal, an untidy office, guilt over saying NO, not getting to the gym this week, not staying on top of everything all.the.time…
What do you need to let go of today in order to feel a bit of freedom? What doesn’t need to be done this week? What would happen if you did a little less or asked for more help? Check in with your to do’s and label some of them to don’t. View stress as something you can manage rather than something that overpowers you. Let it fly away. Don’t you feel lighter already?
