When I teach my cycle classes I remind my participants that every now and then you have to push your body past where it wants to go so it knows where you want to take it. Eventually it won’t hurt so much. In work, fitness and life, where can you kick past comfort for an opportunity to grow? Zone in, push on, grow up!
