Happy Canada Day! Take this holiday work week as a cue not to fit 5 days of work in to 4, but to do less because you have less time. You owe it to yourself to fit in weekly leisure and relaxation, time with loved ones …even naps.

This week look closely at your list of ‘to do’s’ and ask yourself (honestly) which items can wait. We attach urgency to the list even when it may not be necessary, and in the process, we rob ourselves of valuable stress relieving down time. Pause and prioritize and go sing ‘O Canada!’
