No, I’m not a world-class chef or even a nutrition expert, but I do like to cook and I love eating. Below are links to a bunch of my favorite recipes. Some I’ve borrowed from friends, cook books and on-line. Others I’ve created on my own. Here they are, in no particular order.

If you want to make Michelle happy feed her. Some of her favorite foods include baby back ribs, burgers, Ewan’s world-famous glazed ham, (wait, there seems to be a meat theme here) … Vietnamese noodles after swimming… and fresh veggies from her garden.
Her favorite meal of the day is breakfast.
She’s not a huge dessert fan but if you put creme brulee or sticky toffee pudding in front of her watch out. Ewan’s ‘Squidgy Chocolate Log‘ is pretty amazing too (get your mind out of the gutter…check the recipe here!)
